Do the radios power on, and look like they are playing radio stations? Can you play a CD, or use the AUX input? Is everything stock? Do you have the Infinity system with subwoofer? Are you sure at least one of the radios was in working condition? Are the speakers plugged in?
If a working stock head unit won't work for some reason, I don't know why an aftermarket one would work.
