If you look up that part number on stevewhiteparts.com and check fitment, it lists 2007-2008 R/T,SLT,SXT.
AFAIK nothing changed re battery wiring harness in subsequent years. It's just cable, and nothing moved around--battery, starter, and alternator are all in the same place, so length should be the same.

newer revised part numbers:
56047253AH lists fitment for all models, 2007-2009 years.
56047254AH lists fitment for all models, 2009 and 2010.
When the fitment years for part number revisions overlap you can use any of the revisions just fine. Sometimes even when they don't overlap.
Often the listing says "replaces:" and lists all the prior revision numbers.

Looking at your battery I'd say you have wrong one. Terminals should be switched, NEG one on fender side.

Doesn't matter as long as you wire it correctly.

Plus the terminal is too close to the bonnet and battery would more likely to short during accident.
