Hello everyone.
I recently purchased a 2010 nitro 3.7. When i drive it for about 4 miles, run in to the store, and come back out and go to start it,it sounds like it has only 3 cylinders firing with no response when give it gas. Turn it off and start it again it runs fine with no sputter. It only does it when its warm. No codes are coming up.

Theres only 60 k on it. it dosent do it all the time either but it has happend 6 to 7 times already.

But if it was the plugs wouldn't it do it all the time. This is very intermittent. I just took it to the place where i bought it they scanned it and could not find anything wrong. But if course it didn't do it.

Any possibility it can be the crank sensor ?

Well just changed the spark plugs today. the throttle response has impoved alot along with power. I guess some time will tell if does it again.

So im having the same problem and with no codes still. I tried to let it do it for a lil bit to possibly let it throw a code but it shuts off after about 40 seconds of it sputtering. Any ideas

The fuel pump does run and shut off everytime but i did that when its cold I can also hear two clicks when the pump is running. When it did it today it was after running it for a while Then shut it off then came back out and it did the sputtering on start up. This happend again when i got home and did the same thing.

The temp was at the normal running temp when it was on and when i came back out.

Yes i did the cycle to see if the fuel pump is running and it is but when the fuel pump runns i can hear 2 clicks toward the rnd before it shuts off. I will check the fuel pressure on wed. What is the fuel pressure suspose to be at ?
