Well I just bought a Nitro R/T and was wanting to know if anyone has seen or heard of 24's going on a Nitro? I know what the offset is and I have seen a Nitro on 22's, but I think 24's will fit. Anyone know? If so what company makes a 24 for the Nitro?

You haven't seen 24's for an R/T or any Nitro for that matter, because there aren't any. But I am curious to see what would happen to your suspension if you did find 24's and put them on your R/T.
You would have to install a lift kit for you to be able to put 24's on a NItro, and modify a few other things ...of course.

That's D.U.B. EDITION, not mass produced for the masses. The "average person" will not be able to put 24's on a Nitro without modification. I'll bet that D.U.B. didn't just slap 24's on that Nitro without doing a bit of modding. Lilsalmon, get the specs off of that D.U.B. Edition Nitro, and get back to me. :D

Those are actually 26" wheels on the DUB edition, Eibach suspension. Those cars are basically rolled out to their spot, sometimes with the wheels put on after they are basically where they are gonig to be for the whole show. Good luck with the 24's, I'm sure it is possible as anything is possible anymore.

It might take a little work but what doesn't. If we didn't try something new we wouldn't have half the parts for cars we do! I will do some research to find what is needed. If anyone can find anything please post.

I don't want to offend anyone

Doesn't it become overkill at some point? I saw a Escalade today that looked like it had chrome wagon wheels, and at what point do ride and safety become an issue?( I think larger wheels look good up to a point and its none of my business what anybody would want to modify on a car) :mpr:( I can't afford to do much so I am here for the info and comic relief) :hul:

And a mighty fine job your doing of it General! Keep up the good work.

On the subject of 24" wheels on a Nitro. Don't go there.

Opinions everyone has one. I am so tired of people knocking others for ideas or concepts that they have come up with. RT go ahead and get those 24's, modify it how you want. Don't let these nay sayers tell you its ugly or stupid. If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything.

:umn::4-looney::brsh1::duel:He asked a question, and he got answers. Sarcastic yes, but only to persuade him in doing so. Hey, we are people with our own opinions first and foremost! I hope he does put 24's on his ride, I personally want him to come back in a few months and tell us how the suspension feels.
