About a month ago I sent Harmon Becker an email asking them to send me a copy of the 9.713 upgrade. I got an immediate response from them telling me they would send it in about a week. However, I never did recieve the upgrade CD and they have not answered subsequent emails. Has anyone asked for it and did they ever send it to you?

I sent and asked for the REN version with nothing in the mail box so far. Doesn't matter since they are available online now. The only trick is figuring out which versions are beta and which are final release (official).

Based on what I've read online I've gotten the impression Chrysler wants to handle servicing and updating of the MyGIG's. Harman Becker was probably told to no longer provide customer service.

Yes it is out. I got mine from them 4 weeks ago.

That is the site where I downloaded the latest versions. It is very informative site with good instructions about how to download, burn and install the latest updates (including Gracenotes). Follow the instructions carefully and you should have no problem. The update fixed my phone compatibility problems (YEA!) and the NAV section updates are nice, too!

If you haven't upgraded to the 9.713 yet, then when you upgrade, you should use the 9.715 update instead? I'm at the 9.5 version.
