ac not working well

In traffic my ac not staying cold, (stop and go traffic or at a red light) going down the hiwaay at speed no problems. This is on a R/T.
Any thoughts?

Mine was at the dealer on Tuesday to have the expansion valve replaced. Seems ok now.
