I was wondering if any body has cleaned their dry filters yet.
I am thinking of cleaning it this weekend and I wanted to know if anyone used the AEM cleaner or used something else.

Please help if you have any special suggestions or tips.

Ordered the cleaner but not here yet

I ordered the AEM dry filter cleaner from eBay and should have it here next week. AEM of course recommends you use their cleaner. If you go to their website, they have a "how to" video which is quite helpful. I'm also planning to clean mine as soon as I get the cleaner.
