I read somewhere that you cant have the Dodge remote start and the Dodge alarm system on the same vehicle. Can anyone varify this?
If this is true, does anyone know if it would be possible to either have the factory key control an aftermarket alarm/start system capable of both functions? Or will an aftermarket alarm/start system come with something to replace the key fob. I see alot of new cars dont actually need keys anymore, the key or fob just needs to be in the car to start. I dont resally want to carry around another remote on my keys. Just thinking out loud here...
