Wondering if this is missing a piece ? Purchased my nitro a few months ago and previous owner bumped a tree, had to replace passenger mirror and part of the bumper. Wondering if the Valance was ripped off as well, thanks.

You would be correct, there is usually a black piece of trim/skirt there 😅
