Common wear and maintenance items like; brakes, battery, belts, tires, oil/fluid changes etc., you will have on any rig you own. So those really don't count.
So looking at your list you have spent a lot on A/C and heating. But that is not a common thing, and now it is done you should not have to do it again for many years to come.

You could save a lot if you DIY some of the repairs. It's the labor that kills you $ wise.
In the grand scheme of things most of the big $ items are done. Less you blow an engine or trany...

Your probably right. At one time I owned a Toyota and at 120 thousand miles everything started to break down. For 3 years I had very large repair bills and after that for 5 years I hardly had anything. I think repair bills will go down.

It's the labor costs that add up. I try and do as much as I can on my own. Doing so has save me thousands.

Replaced parts will last a long time if done correctly. Wow, the head gaskets are diffidently an issue. If it does not over heat, the gaskets should last an engine life time.
