Good question! Experiencing the same here with 'sluggish' going and groaning sound, these days. And as i bought it in private sale, not sure if its a Dodge dealer i should see or ask local Auto repair shop in Winnipeg, MB. (Also, need front shocks/struts replaced soon and garages are quoting $600 - $1000 - YIKES! )I have an appointment on Wednesday for this. Is there anything that I should tell them?
Good to know and will try the Battery solution, for my 2009 Nitro.Welcome to the forum schwasskin. 👋
When you have a chance, head over to the Newbie Section and say "Hi".
Tell us a little about yourself and your ride.
That way we can welcome you all proper like.
Your rig should have this already. This is for the 07-08 Nitro.
You may want to have your trany fluid checked. You can also disconnect the Neg (-) battery cable and wait 10 minutes, then reconnect it.
This will put the trany into "Learn" mode. Then drive it like you stole it.
