Just so i'm clear here, the only way to get uconnect with a mygig is if it is either

1. a full RER unit with navigation
2. any of the non-nav units but in a car that had factory uconnect

Am I right? just trying to figure out what to do. as a piece of my purchase I got the dealer to agree to add satellite to the nitro, but I forgot about uconnect. so if i were to pull the head unit + replace to get the other mygig functionality, i'd like to also get the uconnect. Satellite was critical to me as in my last dodge i bought lifetime sirius

Not exactly. With an RER MyGIG the Uconnect is integrated, but requires the microphone mirror and specific jumper harness.

With the REN without Uconnect the kit required is p/n 822211004AB. Hope this helps. :smileup:
