no more info needed, maybe remove your VIN from the last post, someone could copy it,
our starter turns when you bridge the relay contacts 30 and 87here is the starter wiring diagram

we have no signal on relay contacts 85 (signal timp) and 86 (signal from ECU)
i.e. nothing happens when you turn the key
here we need to figure out what causes the ecu to issue this signal to pin 86 and where the signal comes from on pin 85 of the starter relay

concentrate on pin 86 from PCM (ecu), the PCM needs a signal from the transmission shifter
try and start the engine with the shifter in "N" position,

or do you have manual transmission ?
so if you connect a Temporary ground wire to pin 86, then turn the ignition key, if the engine cranks, then you know the ingition key is working and sending the signal to pin 85,

Test all your relays, if ECU misses one +15 power, it wont activate starter relay. Also you need proper diagnostic software, to see, if ECU and TIPM recieve starter signal over CAN bus.
Добрый день. Я решил проблему заменой блока управления двигателем и прошивкой вин-кода и пин-кода. до этого нашли перетертые провода под блоком абс и на свечах накала. Спасибо за помощь
