The cord is on the passenger side of the engine, along side the valve cover
tied up in a bundle with a tie-strap. It's above the exhaust manifold. It 's hard to see because it blends in with the rest of the "black" in the area. I had to ask a veteran salesman when I bought my Nitro. Happy hunting.

Hope everyone is fairing well in this cold weather...my poor nitro plugged in still shudders to a start. -39 celcius here today with windchill feels like -52....brrrr! Driving feels like I am driving a lumber wagon with square tires!

Digging up an old thread.....for those of you who do use your block heater, where did you route the cable/plug?

Can it hang out under the hood without being pinched or is Pshrynk's solution a better one? Attach a short extension cord and run it out the tranny cooler opening. But then is it wise to attach 2 extension cords...one from the block heater plug coming out of the lower grill opening, and then another to your power source, hmmm.
