Brake booster 2007 vs 2009 ?

I have in my notes that 2009 MY got a "retuned brake booster".
SteveWhiteparts.com lists:
52125064AF - for 2007 MY, says it fits my 2007
68039279AC - for 2009 MY, says it won't fit my 2007

Many aftermarket parts don't seem to distinguish.

What exactly changed?
