Hose and pipe are one piece from factory. Looking at your new hose I'm sure, you have to cut the pipe.

When I replaced my rear hoses I used regular flaring tool. Flaring steel pipe is an other story, you have to be very careful not to crack the flared end.

Still, looking at your new hose I'd say you don't have to flare. This hose has fitting and possible special cone inside to lock the pipe.
