Greetings all from sunny Seattle :)
I have had my Inferno Red Nitro for 5 days now and am starting to love it. Then I found this forum, and discovered that my Nitro is affected by the G25 recall. Will be calling Dodge at Bellevue to get an appointment. No symptoms yet, but would really hate to have it happen on the road.
Not a great thing to discover on a new vehicle, but thanks to this forum for educating me! I should be here to stay! Cheers!

Welcome to the group laitsabr. There are quite a few of us in the state. I'm in Spokane usually but will be in Kirkland this weekend.
Don't worry about the stalling issue. It's an easy fix by the dealer & I'd be surprised if they haven't already done it. The stalling problem has been more of a pain than a hazard to most owners. Almost 10k miles on mine & I've only seen it once & it wasn't any big deal.

Welcome laitsabre , thats an interesting username you have. Are you a stars wars fan by anychance. Anyway enjoy the site, lots to see and do, and participation in all things is greatly appreciated. Lets here your thoughts on the Nitro and lets see some pics.
There is a picture competition going at the moment to see which colour Nitro is the best. So get snapping.

Welcome to the group. As you are findng out, this is the place to be for Nitro owners. I'd be surprised if the recall wasn't complied with prior to delivery of your Nitro. The recall work was to have been complied with prior to any delivery since the notice has been out.

Hiya laitsabr,
Welcome to the group! I'd call the dealer and see if they did the recall already, if not they should give you a couple of free oil changes just for the hassle of having to bring it back so soon ~wink wink nudge nudge~
If you think you love it now, just wait until we get a repeat of last winter!!
:woohoo:

Thank you all! You sure are a warm bunch :)
Sure enough, the module reprogramming was done prior to delivery. I was relieved...
Taking some pics this weekend and will upload. No garage yet, so will need to pretty her up before then!

Don't see many Nitros on the roads here yet, and I've had cars coming up alongside just sizing her up.gain

I'm going to read up on the past archives tonight to catch on the knowledge here and hopefully have something to share. Thanks again for the warm welcome!

Cheers!
