Ok so I have the front of the nitro on stands
About to undo the front drive shaft

The cv end small 8 mm bolts
I am finding near impossible with a long extension and socket to undo
Would proper method be to undo the crossmember directly in line with it ??
    And the use a spanner

    Thanks Hori

When I pulled my front prop shaft, I removed the bolts I could access. Then rolled the rig forward (in neutral) a little to access the other ones.
If the cross member you are talking about is what I think it is, I would not remove it. That cross member supports the transmission and the rear weight of the engine.

    Your method worked so easy

    Got my new cv kit
Got it from a cv repair shop 20 minutes from home
Apparently this is a jeep Cherokee cv
It measured up the same as the Nitro

Cherokee as in the 08 -12 Liberty here in the states? Then yes, it is the same.
Nice that you did not have to wait for it to be shipped.
