Yes they are offset, most all aftermarket wheels are. Original wheels were 7 inch wide, these new wheels are 8 inch wide. Specs on new wheels P.C.D: 5X114.3/5X120. 65 Offset:+25. Hope that helps. Those numbers were right off the box.

Nice looking Nitro.

Has anyone checked to see what the ground clearance is for a "trail rated" 08 Liberty vis a stock Nitro?

We should be able to match or better that spec.
Ask and you shall receive. We already have them beat. Stock!

08 Liberty "trail rated" 8.1 inches of ground clearance. from http://www.cars.com/go/crp/research...elid=5767&year=2008&revid=52557&revlogtype=18

07 Nitro Stock 8.3 inches of ground clearance. from http://suvs.about.com/od/dodge/fr/07_DodgeNitrojf.htm

08 Nitro outside North America, Ground Clearance, Front 220 (8.6)
Ground Clearance, Rear 210 (8.3). from I can't say or I will be SHOT!

Desertrat, the wheels were about 850, the tires were 700ish and the lift was I think 325 when it first came out. The lift is about 100 cheaper now. I paid to have the lift installed, I wanna say it was 350 labor. Then it has to be aligned after lifted due to it having new strut plates, another 85. A whopping 88 for the two rear shocks.
