I am attaching a photo of a dealer invoice that this dealer posted on their public web site (don't you wish they all did that?).

Two items caught my attention just above the DESTINATION CHARGE. They are labeled "DETROIT OUTSTATE". Does anyone know what these two charges are for? Are they on every dealer invoice for Nitro's?

it's probably far advertising. they showed 220 for a package that there is no charge for on mine. I get a shippers discount and got my price from the cooperate site and called them on it. the 220 was for 13 gallons of gas and advertising.

yes, you are right. It is a charge that the manufacturer adds to cover the cost of the cool (and not so cool) advertising.
