Brought my Nitro for oil change (maintenance plan) with 14,750 miles.
First thing out of his mouth, he can't honor maintenance plan unless I get tires rotated. Told him I rotate my own tires since it allows me to detail wheels and wheel wells. Also informed him my maintenance plan does not require tire rotations in order for it to be in effect.
Second thing out of his mouth, I need differential fluid changed at 15K. My owners manual says zilch about this. In fact nothing major is required until about 60k. Ironic thing about this is that when car was delivered, all fluids were low and it took me 4 service visits to get them checked and replenished.
And they have the gall to cry when they start losing their market share...
