I know there's alot of lousey dealers out there..
Heck 2yrs ago I bought a Brand new Honda Goldwing and once the dealer had my money, they couldnt have cared less about me!
BUT! I got to say that Denny Heckers Chrysler-Dodge has been EXCELLENT!
I bought my '07 used, 8000miles, the Sales guys have been awesome, wrote up the small defects and will fix them, they just called to say the parts are in, I'm having them put the tow package in also..
But I can't say enough good things about this dealership.. :smileup:

I guess I should up date this and now say, Denny Hecker's is CLOSED! all his dealerships and is in Prison for the next 10yrs for Fraud!
According to the media, he owes over 10million to Chrysler Financial...
And cheated alot of people out of their hard earned money!

DAMMMMMMMM!!!! that blows I love hearing a dealer that will bend anyway for there customers but when they close like that things suck. I know of a dealer (can't remember the name) in Houston he had a Chevy dealer that covered like a quarter mile or more and owned a few other dealers in Houston that got closed down for the same reason...
