I was having an issue where my 2.8 crd nitro engine would cut out.

This was my case. I looked on other threads but they each had different issues.

This would normally happen when I accelerated hard or when over a bump, however, it did happen while smoothly driving.

When the engine shut off the check engine light would come on.
The codes were:
P2146 - Fuel injection valve group A power supply Open circuit.
P0261 - Injected fuel quantity cylinder 1 too low.
P0264 - Injector cylinder 2 signal too low
P0267 - Injector cylinder 3 signal too low
P0270 - Injector cylinder 4 signal too low

After looking around the injector wiring, I found that there was a wire that was rubbing and grounding out on a bolt. After repairing the wire the problem was solved.

The wire was at the back of the engine close to the firewall.
