COLD! Even the snowbirds from up north are going back home since it's no different down here. This has been the coldest/wettest winter for Florida I believe. Spring break is just around the corner and they won't be happy campers with this weather.

Been so busy with work lately, haven't been on the board much. Nothing new on the Nitro and not much else to add anyway short of a blown hemi engine. Mostly hitting facebook via my droid. Stay warm!

Our recall notice arrived Yesterday. We have over 48000 miles now and I haven't seen any problems with the wipers. However.....any time they will check and repair at their expense...........:chuckle::chuckle:. Wife said she would set up the appt. I will follow up with the results......

I don't know. Maybe you could call someone. I had a '91 Mustang I bought new. I had it for 11 years without a hint of a problem, I got recall notices for an ignition switch every year for the last seven years I had it. It was my work car so I never got around to taking it in. When I sold it, I passed along the notices but the guy didn't care. It is still driving around the neighborhood. (has a BIG honking stereo!) :SHOCKED:

Just because there is a recall doesn't mean every vehicle will be affected. Like you said, you are in the system. I am forbidden to go to any car dealerships without my chaperon! :shakehead:

I recived my recall in the mail tuesday, I had been at the dealership Monday to have tires rotated and balance, They did not say anything about the recall. Took it in Thrusday and had it done took all must 2 hours the paper work said would only take 45 min.

I got my recall notice in the mail monday, called dealer and set date for friday to get recall took care of,they didnot have the parts in stock ,they said they would order the parts and have them when I brought my nitro in,if you get your notice you may want to call a head so they can order parts
