Princess Auto is a Canadian only store as far as I know and they sell a lot of discontinued and excess stuff. They are a genuine Mopar accessory so you might be able to get them at your dealership.

They are called ''POP.ONZ screw covers''.
The Item # is 4116
Barcode # 45929 04116

They had a whole load of them so if you can't get your hands on them let me know and I can pick a set up and mail them off to you.
