I took my Nitro to the dealer about 2 weeks ago because they were rattling badly.:shakehead:
And now it has RETURNED!
AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH.
MAKE IT STOP! Those random vibrations and rattles all over. Every beat in music is ruined if it is turned up above 15! They said they fixed it and i thought they did but whatever they did wore off.
Has anyone else had this issue??

From what I've found the TSB repair procedure isn't enough. The problem is with the wiring harness that is routed on the door module, it is the source for the rattles/buzz. When I repaired mine, I wrapped about 95% of all the harness in the door with black cloth tape. Haven't had a problem since. Hope this helps.

I have a question for you.
When you open your door on the bottom portion, where the plastic bends towards the back of the car, can you get your fingers underneath the plastic?
I can almost put my hand under the plastic panel and this is also a MAJOR part of the rattling. When I press on the door or hold it tightly against the metal frame it stops. soooo:confused::confused::confused::confused::smiledown:
Could i have a warped door panel?
OH, and it gets much worse the cooler the outside temperature is.
odd..

Just my thought. The dealer might have broke a door panel snap or hook in that corner of the panel and now it is rattleing because the panel won't hold to the door.:thk:
