[CCNitro]

Hey everybody....just bought the mopar chrome door spills for my Nitro. When I was test fitting them, I found that the fit on the paint portion of the spills was not that great and the door came a little too close to the chrome (when i shut the door, it scratched the clear plastic ) I then test fitted them on the actual plastic spill just above the paint. Here is seemed to have a much more natural fit...so I installed all four on the plastic and not on the paint. I personally think it looks a little better, not only because of the fit, but because they are a little easier to see. The mopar catalog has them placed on the paint, but they actually fit better on the plastic. Any comments?

mounted my Nitro door sills on the paint just as they show in the catalog and they fit perfect. no rubbing on the door and fit the inside rocker perfect

maybe yours got tweaked or bent during shipping
