Driver side high or low beam headlight and fog light won't turn on. I’ve also checked the fuse M17 and it’s totally fine. I even changed the bulb. What could be the problem.!!

I used the correct bulbs

a few members have found the wiring connector at the headlight causing issues (making a bad connection),
if the vehicles computer senses a fault it will immediatly cut the power to the headlight,

you could try a computer reset:
Disconnect the NEGative battery lead for 10 minutes then reconnect,

Run a test ground wire from the frame to the ground wire at the light.
