So as much as I love my Nitro I keep my maintainence up for longevity. Go to the mechanic to replace sensors, and I discovered cylinder 2 is misfiring and the spark plug tip(the white part) is half gone. Plus not to mention that cylinder 4 was starting to misfire so I’m wondering wtf is going on with my baby, and how can I fix the issue?
Not to forget but this started to happen after I accidentally got some bad gas one time.

The 3.7 requires plugs changed every 30K miles.
Cheap plugs NGK ZFR6F-11G.
You could also have a plugged injector causing that cylinder to run very lean.

Thanks I’ll look into it, and hopefully they don’t charge me an arm and a leg.

I hear ya, labor can kill a budget quick.
Don't use platinum or iridium plugs in the 3.7 they will only cause problems. What I posted above is OEM and what the 3.7 runs best on.

what about for a 2007 4.0, what plugs would you suggest? my bamalama is sputtering when in idle, and dragging on take off

For the 4.0; platinum only. ZFR5LP-13G is the plug to use.
They need to be changed 100K miles, along with timing belt and water pump.
These are not options! The above NEED to be done.
