Engine Rattle???

Took my Nitro to the dealer today to have my steering wheel replaced because there was a defect in it; anyway now I notice that while im stopped like at a red light or something the engine seems to shake a little and makes the cab move....is this normal, because I wasnt feeling it before I had it replaced? Any help would be great!!!
