Hi all,

I've done a search and can find nothing related to this.

I have a REW Euro MYGIG, which has just started randomly turning itself off. I have checked all wires running to and from and can see no connection issues. I have an ALLGIG module plugged in along with UConnect. Nothing has recently been added though.

I've attached a screen shot of hardware and software info
Wandered if anyone could help please?

Try the system reset, by disconnecting the negative terminal on your battery. This is like restarting your computer. Usually, one would wait 10 minutes or so for the Truck memory, but with the radio you have to wait at least 1/2 hour to unload all of the diodes and memory stored in the radio. The radio has a small battery to remember your presets.

You may have to reset your clock.

I long for the days when I had my RBZ mygig!

Thanks dhh3, will give that a try.

I did manage to find the Engineering menus on the MYGIG, which had the option to factory reset, but got nervous and chickened out lol
