But really, we have lots of areas without pavement. And then there's always the resale value thing!!
I guess I am not up to speed on the weather in Texas. Being from the Va./Nc. area I guess I was thinking of snow. And we have idiots up here who try to drive on ice too.

This doesn't happen all the time, but it is nice to be prepared!
