THE RECEIVER would not have fit without cutting rad support.
You would have to cut into bumper ass'y as well.
2 out of 3 holes lined up.
Drilled 3 rd hole no problem.
The 2.5 inch lower gives only 1/16 inch clearance between plastic snaps on bumper assembly and the receiver.
I am realy pleased the way it turned out.
    Hardly notice it.
Only have to get right down to insert hitch pin.

It turned out great. A one-off Mod for you! :))
Kind of a bummer that it would not bolt right in without modifying the radiator supports. I was hoping to do something similar with out loosing any of my approach angle.

Now getting the upright That supported the rear of the kayak on my pontiac sunfire 97rear hitch , to hold the frontof kayak on Nitro.
Making it fully adjustable in hight.
When done I will show the outcome.

I do feel the weight of the new front ass'y when driving, kinda nice , holds front down, especially with the new struts
