I made a few Splash Screens for the Garmin Nuvi.

Sorry, I am confused? Is this something that fits over the screen or a software thing that comes on when you turn it on? Sorry for the dumb question.

You can save the image to the Nuvi in the JPEG folder and then you can set it as the splash screen. The splash screen is the screen that comes up when you turn it on.

Very Cool, now I am going to have to upgrade from my StreetPilot c330 to a Nuvi! Will it work in all Nuvis or do I need to get a certain model?

They will work on all Nuvi's.

I just changed my Magellan 4040 for a Garmin 855 so this thread interested me but I don't see any splash screen or links?
