I bought my Nitro last year from Southbank Dodge Chrysler in Ottawa. They were really good when I went in. It was the 4th time buying from them, and I felt comfortable about going back.They bent over backwards to get my business, giving me a decent trade-in price on my Outlander, financing a fair bit of negative equity, and the kicker was the 20" wheels and tires for my husband's Dodge Ram Hemi pickup, which he had bought from them 3 years before. I was told they would do ANYTHING to get my business and the wheels for the Hemi was the "anything" it cost them. :chuckle: Well, my first problem was the airbag dummy light being on all the time when no passenger was in the passenger seat. So, it took 2 visits with them to get that fixed. Then I had a vibration in the speaker grill on the passenger side dash. In trying to figure out the problem, they busted the plastic covering over the speaker and vent and had to order the part from Montreal...2 visits to fix that. Then there was that roof rattle that the Nitro's seem to be known for. Problem was, at that point, it wasn't really known for it. So, they insisted it was the sunroof, ordered parts in for that, and took 2 visits to fix it. I thought that was the end of the annoying roof rattle...pulled out of the dealership, was on the highway home, and it was back.Well, I ran out of time in the fall, the Nitro went away for the winter (don't ask) and when I took it out a month ago, within a week, the roof rail on the passenger side was twisted and making an awful racket.I couldn't stand the thought of another 2 visits to Southbank to have the repair done, so I booked myself into Capital Dodge in Kanata; they ordered my rails from Montreal, gave me a loaner for the night and had it fixed by lunch the next day.My lesson from this experience? Southbank Dodge was a good place to buy from, but I won't ever go back there for any kind of service. My husband's lesson? When he looks to buy the Challenger he wants next year, he'll be visiting Capital Dodge not Southbank.

Hi there, didn't realize you are in Ottawa. Yes, Capital seems like they are great for service, very knowledgeable folks. I've orderd parts from them and had them early the next morning.

I've seen a Red bombing around in Kanata, give a wave if you see a dirty Black.

Well, that could have been me...I live out of town, but work in Kanata.

I was actually one of the first in town to have the SLT with the 20" rims on it. I still get loads of looks...it's quite funny actually.

If you spot me, I'm an Inferno Red and the Wyld One plate always gets attention!
