Tried out my heating system recently, as it is gettig cooler up here in Canuckland!
Has anyone else found that there is hardly any hot air coming from the driver side floor heater?
There is some air coming through, but it sure is not much!
Hot air keeps blowing through dash vents, even when dial is set to "Floor". :shakehead:
Tried closing all vents, but floor heat did not increase .......
I find I'm driving around with cold/wet feet ..... though the passenger side is fine.

I have the same problem with my floor heater on the driver side, NT is it covered by the warranty if we want that other piece like it says in your post?

Nitro Tech, I was out in the snow squalls yesterday here in Winnipeg,and had to turn the heat down. I gotta say that the Nitro really pumps the heat into the cabin and my feet were toasty all the way. Much, much, much better than the heater on my old Caravan.

that's what I have found also, great heater in my Nitro!

Have to agree with everyone the heater is excellent....have to keep turning the darn thing down to the blue zone just to keep from frying in there.

My left foot hasn't thawed-out since November. My son is driving the truck while he's home on vacation and he was complaining his feet are freezing. Changing the control from upper to lower, etc. doesn't seem to do much except when you put it on defrost. Guess I was spoiled with the climate control in the Envoy. Set it and forget it.

There is definitely a draft in the driver and passenger foot spaces. The heat works fine, but if outside is cold enough, you can't avoid the cutting cold hitting your legs.

hey NK, firstdodge and Jason, i too feel your pain or shall I say frozen piggies....my driver floor vent is crappy too! I am in tomorrow for the 12,000 mile whatever's and that issue is on my list, i'll letcha know what they say

Cry out to NitroTech

Driver's side feet cold. And the front defroster won't turn off )even when switched to floor).I didn't do that in the summer.So I have cold feet and a burnt face. Please help. Maybe the switch is bad?
