I have to say hi to everyone first, so Hi everyone!!! I love my Nitro! I however did not get the factory tow package when I purchased my Nitro and decided to put an aftermarket hitch on. Went on easy, but having problems with the wiring has anyone done this? I have a towready taillight converter but the wire colors don't match. any help

welcome Jack!! glad to have you. did you do a search for towing harness? I have seem many posts, but don't know what the proper names were, but if you search it will bring you up some to look at for answers.

Welcome to the forum Jack. Sorry, can't help, I have the factory tow package but have never used it yet... I have my tow ball fitted as a rear-end deterrent system...:chuckle:

Welcome to the forum. It shouldn't be a problem that the colors don't match up. If you know what they are you can go ahead and hook it up that way. I don't tow anything with my Nitro that is what my ol' truck is fer!
