Hello! My name is Dan and I just wanted to say hello to everyone and give a little info. I just bought my (new) 2007 Nitro SLT 4x4 a couple of weeks ago and it is electric blue with a chrome package. I will post pictures soon hopefully.

I love the electric blue. I definately want to see some pics of that chrome package. Welcome to the forum. I have been to Indy a couple of times. Our high school marching band always competed in the Bands of America Grand National Championships at the RCA Dome. Loved it

Hello and welcome to the forum Diamond Dan. It sounds like you're starting off on the right foot with the chrome package for your Nitro. I'm curious as to what they chrome as part of the package, so definitely post up some pics so we all can see it.

What other mods are you thinking about doing? If you look around the forum and check out the picture galleries, you'll get a lot of great ideas for your Nitro.

Yes...I got a pretty good deal on it. They had a $3,000 rebate, gave me a friends and family discount and 3 years of free oil changes, plus lowering the price after a little back and forth. It has leather heated seats, trailer hitch, chrome rims and 17" tires. The chrome package was something that was added by the dealer and listed for $550 and included the door handles, mirror covers and rear hatch area. I am looking into some other modifications for the future.
