My Dodge pulls to the right(nothing too crazy but noticeable when I let go of the wheel) and is also associated with a grinding sound that is more prominent when I switch lanes towards the right and turn to the right. I’ve gotten the alignment checked multiple times to no avail. Not sure what else to do. Any suggestions on what it could be?

Brakes, cv joints, dust boots, or even the axles. I'd check the right side, as that's the way you say it's pulling. If a cv joint has gone bad, it would exhibit a bit of the issue you're describing.

I'd start by checking the most obvious things... The lug nuts to make sure they're properly torqued. Then the brake caliper to make sure it's moving/sliding freely and unfettered, both when the brake is being applied and released. Then, 'right to left' & 'top to bottom' wiggle tests of the wheel to see if there's any play in the hub. Follow this with a CV joint inspection. Shake it manually for looseness and turn the wheel manually while listening to it close up for any grinding or clicking. A remote possibility but a distinct one is a bad axle but I'd run these other tests first.

I'm by no stretch a great mechanic but have diagnosed this same issue/symptoms three times. On my own Vue, it was a bad (curbside) hub. Of the other 2, both owned by lady friends who came to me for help... it was loose lug nuts on one vehicle and a sticky brake caliper on the other.

Good luck with it. The good news is whatever the cause, once determined it will most likely involve a straightforward repair with plenty of online tutorials and relatively inexpensive parts should you decide to tackle it yourself as opposed to taking it to a shop.
