Hello from Randy aka JETSNELL from Chino, Ca. My wife, Kay, and I bought our SXT NITRO three weeks ago from JEFF at Ontario Dodge. Have over 3,000 miles on it, and and think it's a wonderful SUV. If I had read the Consumer Reports about it before I purchased, I might have passed on it. But now I really think those guys at Consumer Reports are full of it! The options I got are the C package (fog lamps, cruise, painted fenders, etc), 4X4, automatic, and for the sunny California weather a sunroof. We think that our adventures with our new NITRO are going to be great, hello Montana! Well, that's it for now. Randy.

Welcome to the forum, Randy!

I believe you'll find your feelings about the Consumer Reports findings are shared by most here. Sure, some of us have issues with it (which we are working with Chrysler on), but some have had no problems at all with their Nitro!

So, if some issue comes up with your rig, this is the best possible place to see if others have had the same issue and what they have done about it.

welcome to the dark side!!! glad you found us! I hope your wife lets you get in a little drive time....my hubby only gets to drive on the weekends....lol
