Hi there. Anyone know if they make any flat plugs/covers to insert into the holes from the front license plate? I am looking for screw in/push in plugs that will cover the holes and are painted (preferably black). Thanks for any help.

Look around in hardware or auto stores. There may be some type of black grommets that you can use.

Works for me

ITWFastex has some ratchet type connectors that one side works great for plugging the hole. Part # 236-170406-02.... These are white but you can go to their site and request some in black.
