I have a 2011 dodge nitro SE and have been trying to figure out how to get a key-fob for keyless entry. Any help would be much appreciated!
How do I install keyless entry?

it can be expensive at the Dealer,
But you can purchase a keyfob from ebay (even the cheap ones seem to work OK)
then call a local mobile locksmith and they should be able to program your new keyfob (just not 100% sure if they need a already programmed keyfob to copy).
there is a thread by "ScarO" on this subject just not sure which section it is under.

The key you have is programmed or the rig would die after 5 minutes or less.
Locksmith should be able to add another one.

Finally got a spare key for my 07 Nitro. Now I have 3 working keys! I was a little leery since the key I bought was a cheap $12 e-bay one from China(free shipping). It took a while to get it, 11 days, but I was in no hurry... After paying $5 to get it cut, I was able to program it to work in my...
