Hi guys, I've heard so many bad stories about people removing parts and breaking them, so I'm going to play stupid, and ask the question before I force something the way it shouldn't bend.

Can someone please advise (pics if necessary) how to remove the light/covers above the rearview mirror, so I can change the bulb?

I assume the back one pulls out by just levering it somewhere?

The manual tells me bulb replacement numbers but not how to do it.
