This install is so easy a Caveman can do it
All I did was use Alcohol wipes to clean the area where the velcro would stick. However, there isn't enough velcro supplied IMHO so you better go down to Wallyworld or a fabric shop and get some extra before you start.

It definitely reduces glare. I've been using dash mats for years and love 'em :Banana01:

Special instruction notes from DashMat:

#3. What about radio speakers?
Speaker areas need extra protection from the sun, so we
do not cut out for them. The sound comes through fine.
Just try it and see.

I can't tell any difference. The system still sound Great!!!

DocNitro, glad you got yours, it looks great. I still haven't seen mine yet. Probably because I ordered my forum name embroidered on mine. I also ordered a black one so it will look different than yours. Maybe it will stop the sun from warping some of the plastic on the dash at the base of the windshield, and hey if it doesn't, I can't see it anymore - so out of site out of mind!

Mine is black. It just didn't come out on the INTERNET as dark as it really is. You'll love it I'm sure.

Well, then it will probably look just like yours! I always order black to get the most glare reduction as possible. Plus over time, they do fade a bit.
