Mopar sells the cargo cover, but if you look in the back at where it attaches and hooks onto near the seats, you can see there will be a big gap. Not a real good design. I've thought about the same thing and I think darker window tints might be a better solution.

hi all,
just got my 07' sxt and need to hide the cargo area from  prying eyes!
what can i put in the rear for this?
does dodge make something just for the nitro?
thx all:D
I got the retractable cargo cover for mine too. It's not expensive and is easily removable. The Parts Department at the dealership can order one for you.

However, as others have mentioned, there is that huge gap (9" or so) between the back seats and the front of the cargo cover assembly.

I bought a couple of inexpensive black duffle bags to put "stuff" in (the gear I typically keep in the car), and I have those up at the front of the cargo area. Between the black bags, the cover, and the nicely tinted windows, my cargo area stays pretty much Out Of Sight, Out Of Mind.

Its all in the deal folks. Mine had both the cargo cover and the cargo net. Don't sign the papers until you have what you want. Too bad I didn't think about that when I traded it in. I could have made a few bucks. :(

Oh, and if you recline the back seats the gap is not nearly a problem.
