But Westgate Dodge in Raleigh we had issues with not returning phone calls when we had questions/concerns. Went to Lieth Dodge in Wendell (suburb) and got excellent service and sales...even when the chips were down. ie) reference our initial problems with the first unit delivered.
Westgate continues to be a problem and is showing us exactly why we did not stay with them for this sale. I went to pick up our initial hold check and the sales manager say's he can't find he is holding the labor for installing the rock rails (our current dealer ended up getting the unit we ordered from Westgate and was overcharged for the rails) over our heads. When the first unit developed it's major problem the first night I suggested they pick up the unit Westgate had gotten for us as a fast solution to all our problems for everyone...maybe I shouldn't have since now
I'll have to go over Westgates sales managers head apparently to get some action and satisfaction when I finally find out who we need to deal with, owner GM whatever.
Overall satisfied with who we ended up dealing with and will return when it's time for a new one!:smileup:

Make sure you tell it like it is in the Chrysler survey, it may mean something. I mentioned that I hadn't gotten a followup call regarding my purchase & within 2 days the dealer was trying to reach me at home ,work & my cell. Maybe somebody really does read those surveys.
