Hi Guys,

I am a new Nitro SXT owner from Sydney Australia.

I picked up my Nitro Stock Standard and have done some exterior modifications with chrome kits. I am wanting to put in a Display Screen on the Dash in the space that is there above the air vents. I got a Sony 6.2" XVM-B62 screen. I have the standard SXT 6 stacker stereo and noticed it plays DVDs.

Question is can i just mount the screen on the dash and connect it to the head unit through the video cable on the monitor. Will the head unit allow the screen to be displayed when driving. My main thing is to not watch DVDs while driving but to display the track listings of my CD / DVDs larger.

Some advice would be appreciated at the best way to do this.

yes JasOz seemed to be good peoples...I did my lcd on my dash mod following his instructions and it turned out perfect....oh well....
