Anyone have problems with the rear filler panel (the 2 flaps that fold up and down when you fold the seats). The cheap plastic after bending several times breaks, bad design. Plastic bending several times and doesnt break... that would NEVER happen! Anyone get that replaced under manufactures warranty? I took it and said since it was broke they wont replace it even, its broke cause of the bad design. And the other half is intact but barely. Or any suggestions of how to fix it???

Bought my 2008 Stone R/T used and noticed the same problem. Although I have not tried it yet I will probably look at using small piano hinges. Just need to figure out how to attach them so they remain hidden.

I drive an 08/SLT and replaced that under warranty from the dealer.

Just wondering, did they replace it with the exact same thing (could happen again) or a different design (to fix the problem)?
