I'm looking at possibly purchasing one of those interior dash trim kits you see on Ebay all of the time. I have an SLT with a metallic trim on the inside, but I'm trying to figure out if they consider it brushed aluminum or chrome.
I want to say it's brushed aluminum, but I don't know for sure. Does anybody know the answer?

Has anyone purchased one of these interior trim kits? If so, how was the fit and finish? I know some of the trim pieces would be redundant but there are enough of the other pieces that wouldn't be. If anyone has any experience with these after-market trim kits I'd appreciate your feedback, good or bad. Thanks.

You know, I love the look of the Nitro but my first thought after getting inside was that I was sitting in something space age with all the metal! Have looked at those dash kits on eBay but don't like the looks of them either.

I agree that the silver is a bit much. I have an SXT and at first I was going to purchase a red trim kit, but now that I have driven it for months, I like the blacked-out look.

If you want to tone down the chrome trim, think about one of the black or gray carbon fiber trim kits.
