I have been looking on the internet, it is pretty much illegal everywhere. But I still wanna do mine just because I don't like to follow the rules.....

Tinting headlights, tail lights and turn signals and front windows is illegal here in New Jersey but many people do it anyway. I guess it depends on the cop that stops you if he wants to give you a ticket. It has to be removed every two year to go through inspection.

In Delaware you cannot have tint of any kind on your lights or front side windows. I thought about it, but... nah not worth the trouble.

if you have tinted tail lights and you get rear ended

would the person who rear ended you be able to defend themselves because you had your tail lights covered???

Good point!:thk:In California rear enders are always the fault of the person who did the rear ending, following too closely is what the standard answer is.
